Services Description
Exel Trade Links provides freight forwarding, customs clearance, air cargo, sea cargo, and project cargo services. All services are subject to availability and applicable regulations in the origin and destination countries.
Quotations and Pricing
Quotations provided are estimates based on information supplied at the time of enquiry. Final charges may vary due to fuel surcharges, currency fluctuations, regulatory changes, or additional services required. All quotes are valid for 48 hours unless otherwise stated.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate cargo descriptions, weights, dimensions, and relevant documentation. Incorrect information may result in delays, additional charges, or legal liability.
Liability Limitations
Exel Trade Links acts as a freight forwarder and intermediary. Our liability is limited to the scope of our direct services and governed by applicable international conventions (Warsaw Convention for air, Hague-Visby Rules for sea). We strongly recommend cargo insurance for all shipments.
Cargo Insurance
We recommend that all clients arrange adequate cargo insurance. While we can assist in arranging insurance upon request, Exel Trade Links is not liable for loss or damage beyond our stated liability limits.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kochi, Kerala, India.
